RAEK Creator Vault

A private content and intelligence appliance in development for professional creators, creator-led companies, production teams, and agencies. Organize, search, protect, and activate the body of work behind the business.

Applications are open for a limited design partner cohort of approximately three to five participants.

The Creator Economy Professionalized. The Infrastructure Did Not.

A creator’s business may be built on years of raw footage, finished edits, audio, photography, campaign materials, research, voice notes, and original ideas. Yet that body of work is usually fragmented across laptops, external drives, cloud-storage accounts, and social platforms.

Valuable content becomes difficult to find, reuse, transfer, protect, or preserve, while the systems holding it stay outside the creator’s direct control.

Creator Vault is intended to become the owned foundation beneath those systems: a private, owned system of record for the original content, working files, and creative history behind a creator-led business.

Intended Product Direction

Creator Vault is being designed as a premium, easy-to-operate private appliance that sits beneath an existing production and publishing workflow. The capabilities below describe where the product is headed and will be refined through design partner testing.

Secure content ingestion

Bring in work from local computers, external drives, common cloud-storage services, and selected platform exports.

Automatic organization

Duplicate detection, metadata extraction, transcription, previews, and grouping by people, subjects, and projects.

Natural language search

Ask for what you need across your entire library instead of manually opening folders and scrubbing files.

Repurposing workflows

Surface existing footage, audio, ideas, and campaigns that can be adapted into new creative work.

Backup and recovery

Controls designed to reduce the risk of losing years of valuable content to a failed drive or a closed account.

Configurable privacy modes

Connected, restricted, and fully offline operating modes to match the workflow and requirements of the business.

Who Creator Vault Is Being Built For

Professional creators

Independent creators whose business is built on years of raw footage, finished edits, audio, photography, research, and original ideas.

Creator managers

Managers responsible for locating, verifying, and reusing content across the roster and the platforms it lives on.

Production teams

Teams generating large volumes of working files who need a durable, searchable system of record beneath production.

Agencies

Agencies managing substantial client libraries where privacy, ownership, and business continuity are strategic concerns.

The Design Partner Program

RAEK expects to select approximately three to five initial design partners to help test and refine Creator Vault before broader commercial availability. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until the initial cohort is filled.

Selected partners work directly with the RAEK team through workflow discovery, prototype onboarding, testing, and structured feedback. Their input will help shape the physical configuration, setup experience, organization system, intelligence workflows, privacy controls, and eventual commercial offering.

Participation terms, prototype access, and program expectations are provided directly to selected applicants.

Apply now

RAEK expects to prioritize applicants who

  • Create or publish content professionally.
  • Manage substantial libraries of video, audio, photography, or other digital assets.
  • Work across multiple platforms, devices, or storage systems.
  • Regularly need to locate, verify, and reuse older material.
  • Consider privacy, ownership, or business continuity strategically important.
  • Are willing to provide detailed product and workflow feedback.

Applicants should own the content libraries they intend to use, or be authorized to manage them. RAEK expects to prioritize complex multi-platform workflows, recurring needs to locate and reuse older content, and heightened requirements around privacy, ownership, business continuity, and long-term preservation.

Create on Platforms. Own in the Vault.

Owned, not rented

Platforms are excellent at distribution, but they were never designed to be the system of record for a life's work.

Beneath your workflow

Creator Vault is not built to replace editing tools, cloud services, or social platforms. It is designed to sit underneath them.

More than storage

A hard drive can store the work, but it cannot tell you what is in the work. The value is in making the archive useful again.

The First Market-Specific RAEK Edge Appliance

Creator Vault is the data-ownership thesis behind RAEK applied to a market where the underlying asset is unusually visible and personal. For a traditional business, the valuable asset may be customer intelligence, operational history, or proprietary records. For a creator-led business, it is the accumulated body of content behind the brand.

It is the first market-specific RAEK Edge appliance moving through physical product design and engineering. RAEK has engaged Scottsdale-based Avadium Design to support industrial design and product development for Creator Vault and the broader RAEK Edge appliance lineup.

Development status

RAEK Creator Vault remains in development and is not currently available for general commercial purchase. The capabilities, configurations, and operating modes described on this page represent intended product directions and may change as design partner testing progresses. There can be no assurance that every capability described will be included in the initial commercial version.

RAEK has not yet established final product specifications, pricing, or a date for broader commercial availability. Feedback from the initial design partner cohort will be used to refine the product, validate priority workflows, and help determine the eventual commercial configuration.

Additional information regarding prototypes, design partnerships, specifications, and availability will be announced as development advances.
